RETURNS
It is very important to us that you LOVE your purchase from our store. We are confident that you will do so, but in the case that you are not 100% satisfied, we offer the following returns policy:
*Please note that we do not offer refunds. An exchange where possible or a credit note is offered on full price returns.
Items must be returned in original, unworn, unused and saleable condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
Items mut not be worn, damaged, washed or altered.
Shiraz reserves the right to reject returned items which are not in the exact condition as they were received.
Original receipt must be included in your return as proof of purchase.
No returns or exchanges on Sale items – prices are marked accordingly and sale is final.
Jewellery cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty.
Returns will only be accepted if all the above conditions are met.
Credit notes are issued for returns in the event we cannot replace the item, and are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense, and tracking is highly recommended.
